Payment & Refund Policy

Payment should be 50% while starting a project.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees are inclusive of GST unless specified.

All invoices are to be processed as per the schedule via your preferred method of payment.

Milestone payments must be made within 5 working days of each milestone/schedule unless mutually agreed otherwise. Final payment must be made prior to the website/application/project going live.

Receipt of payment is deemed as acceptance of the quote, milestone, delivery, project and terms & conditions.

Refund Policy for Advance (Partial) Payments

AK MEDIA TECH only collects advance payment of 50% of the total value for any service that is rendered on after booking Projects  & showing the basic design to customers and such advances are non-refundable.

Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking

If a Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/ will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate a refund within a maximum of 5 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account.
